Due to recent gale warnings and small craft warnings, the Tournament Directors have decided to cancel this weekend's tournament and reschedule for a later date.  Based off of current and forecasting models it looks to be very windy with sustained winds around 20 knots and gusts over 30 knots. The seas could get up to 10 foot at 10 seconds.  Most of this should be clear by midday Saturday but just to close to allow the event to continue this weekend.

With safety on our minds for our members, guests and the boats we feel it be a wise decision to postpone to a later date.  

With the Yacht Club calendar already set, the directors will find another date to hold this tournament.

Any ideas would be great!  Maybe incorporate a lobster event as well.  The season starts in 10 days.  Please give us any ideas you may have at 4dano@cox.net.
